Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. At ShopERP, we try to accommodate order cancellation requests as much as possible.

1. Order Cancellation Window

• Pre-shipment: You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
• Post-shipment: Once the order has been handed over to our shipping partner, it cannot be canceled. You can refuse delivery at your doorstep, but a return shipping fee may apply.

2. How to Request Cancellation

3. Refund for Canceled Orders

• For all prepaid orders canceled before dispatch, the entire amount will be refunded to your original payment mode.
• The refund will be processed immediately upon cancellation approval and usually reflects in your account within 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank.
